Dr. Sonia Maria Fertsch is a board-certified plastic and aesthetic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery and microsurgical procedures. Through her extensive clinical experience at Sana Hospital Gerresheim as well as international fellowships and observerships in Zurich, New York, and Tel Aviv, she has gained comprehensive expertise in modern reconstructive and aesthetic surgical techniques. In addition to her surgical work, she is actively involved in academic research focusing on innovations in breast surgery and is currently pursuing her habilitation at the University of Witten/Herdecke. She also incorporates principles of integrative medicine into plastic surgical patient care.
