Arriving by plane

• Zurich Airport: There are direct trains from Zurich Airport to Bern central station every 20 minutes (IC1or IC8). Alternatively, you can use the trains IC5 or EC (not direct, one change is required at Zurich central station.)
• Basel Airport: Take the bus B50 to Basel central station. From the train station, there is every 30 minutes the ICE or EC train which brings you to Bern central station.
• Geneva Airport: There are direct trains from Geneva Airport to Bern central station every 35 minutes (IR15 or IC1). Alternatively, you can use the trains IR90 (not direct, two stops at Renens and Neuchatel.)

Arriving by public transport

You can reach the BERNEXPO site in just a few minutes by taking a tram, bus or S-Bahn (suburban train) from Bern central station:

• Tram number 9 from Bern central station to the “Guisanplatz Expo”
• S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3, S4, S31 or S44) to “Bern Wankdorf”, then tram number 9 to “Wankdorf Center”
• Bus number 20 to “Wankdorf Bahnhof”, then tram number 9 to “Wankdorf Center”.

Arriving by car

The exhibition premises are a few hundred metres away from the Wankdorf motorway junction. After leaving the motorway, follow the “Expo” signs. Due to the construction work, we recommend parking in the multi-storey car park. The way from the multi-storey car park to the entrance is signposted at Messeplatz (please follow the signs).

For the final few metres on foot, please follow the signs on site until you reach the entrance.
